Top fermenting Kveik yeast from Voss, Norway for the production of a wide spectrum of beers. Attenuation complete within 48-72 hours. Neutral profile with gentle orange peel & citrus notes. Low H2S production. Optimal temp: 34-40°C. Dosage 50-90g/hl.
