FERMOALE Bel-Abbey is a dry top-fermenting brewing yeast strain especially selected for fermentation of a wide spectrum of Belgian style ales.

Active dry yeast. Delivers rich dried fruit (raisins, dates, figs) ester notes with light peppery phenolic notes and a touch of caramel. Ferment temp:12-25°C. Dosing rate 50-80g/hL. Attenuation 75-85%.
