Wort stabilizer which acts both on proteins, excess polyphenols and tannoids utilizing selected PVPP and Silica under controlled humidity to promote clarity and stability in the finished beer without degradation of flavour.
Product Description
Kettle wort clarifier which works on proteins, simple polyphenols & tannins. Settles with the trub. Increases wort yields & filterability of finished beer. Dosing rate: 10-20 g/hL in the last 5-10 minutes of the boil. Store in a cool, DRY place.
